My healing sessions are primarily held at a peaceful space in West LA and in the valley. A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your selected service. I kindly ask all clients to carefully read and understand the refund policy before making a booking.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and your schedule might need adjustments. I strive to accommodate your needs while also respecting the time and commitment involved in my healing sessions.
Cancellation
To ensure the best experience for all, I kindly request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. This allows me to offer the slot to another client in need of healing.
For cancellations made within the 48-hour timeframe, I offer the option to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, subject to availability. No refund will be made.
Late
If the client arrives late for their scheduled appointment, I will honor the remaining time within the reserved time slot to provide my healing services to the best of my ability. However, it is important to note that full session price will still apply.
No Show
In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the $200 deposit paid to secure the appointment will be considered forfeit. Additionally, the remaining balance for the scheduled session will be charged to the credit card used to make the appointment.
